I am a Sr. Condominium Manager for ICC Property Management, currently responsible for managing three luxury properties with very decerning residents. We were not getting satisfactory results from our previous carpet cleaning company. The carpets were getting cleaned more and more frequently but soiling and staining started to appear quicker and quicker after each cleaning. The Board at one of the properties believed it may have been the type of carpet installed and considered replacing the carpet. We reached out to Alexanian for some advice on new carpet. Alexanian advised that the previous company was not cleaning the carpet properly and that the carpet was in good shape and would perform to the residents1 expectations and last for years if it was cleaned with a different method.
Alexanian Carpet & Rug Cleaning came in to do a test cleaning and their method of cleaning proved to be far superior then the previous company. The carpet came out like new. The Alexanian cleaning method was able to remove soil and stains that were buried deep in our carpet and the carpet now looks cleaner for much longer. As a result, and switching to Alexanian, we are not cleaning the carpet as often, it looks better for longer in between cleanings and has substantially lowered the annual carpet cleaning cost making the board and residents very happy.
The Alexanian technicians are always polite, professional and courteous and the residents are extremely pleased with their service.
